  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pick-up time
  • Reservation confirmation: You will receive a reservation confirmation email within hours.If you do not receive the email, please contact customer support.
  • The number of people who can make a reservation at one time is limited to a maximum of 16 people and 16 luggages/18 people(no luggage), so if you have more than that, please make separate reservations or contact us individually.
  • When selecting a vehicle type, please purchase according to the number of passengers/baggages.
    • [Reference] Alpha: For 4 people, maximum 4 pieces of luggages/6 people, no luggage;
    • [Reference] HIACE: For 9 people, maximum 9 pieces of luggages
    • [Reference] COASTER: For 16 people, maximum 16 pieces of luggages/18 people, no luggages.
  • The late-night airport transfer service (for flights departing and arriving between 23:00 and 6:00) incurs a 10% late-night service fee.

  • The driver will wait for free for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the actual arrival time.
  • If we are unable to contact you for more than 1.5 hours, this service will be completed. (No refund will be given and it will be automatically canceled.)
  • If you choose a pick-up time and book your reservation, the free waiting time is 30 minutes.
  • If we are unable to contact you for more than 30 minutes, this service will be terminated. (No refund will be given and it will be automatically canceled.)
